Subscribe to email notifications. Simply click on the "Subscribe" icon in the right hand corner below the forum board name. Or you just subscribe to a specific thread by clicking on the "Subscribe" link above the post title. Learn more about subscriptions.

Find Answers and Get Help

Search first. You might be able to find an answer without posting a new question and waiting for members to respond.

Use the dropdown in the Quick Search to search either the Support Knowledge base or the entire Community. You can also search from the homepage or Support landing page. from the homepage.‚Äč 




Post Your Questions. Pick the most relevant forum board and click on "New Topic" on the right hand side. 

While the forums are not an official support channel, there are many members who generously and consistently share their experiences to help other members. 

To improve your chances of getting an answer, learn how to ask a good question



Respond, mark best answers and rate replies. Thank helpful community members by responding, rating replies and marking when a comment solved your question. These actions improve your reputation and influence other members' reputation in the Community.

Plus, it helps curate valuable content for everyone in our Community. 




Collaborate on Product Ideas

Search for your idea. Use keywords and/or tags to check if your idea has already been submitted. It's better to support an existing idea than posting a duplicate idea and splitting momentum for an idea.
Collaborate on ideas. Support ideas by adding your vote and comment. 
Submit your idea. Click "New Idea" in the right hand side. Include details on your use case, business benefit and the appropriate tags. 
See ideas in action. Understand the different statuses and evaluation criteria here. Then filter to see ideas in different status.


Network with Your Peers




Update your Community profile. Tell other members about yourself, build your personal brand, and help other members identify and make the right impression of you. Simply go to My Account > Community Profile > Edit Profile. 

Build your Community reputation. Start earning points and badges as soon as your start participating. Have fun as you work your way through the different ranks! 

Join your regional user group. You will receive email notifications of user group meetings in your area.  Take advantage of these free, customer-organized meetings to network and collaborate with other Service Cloud users.
