    Passionate developer with mastery in Agent Desktop, Customer Portal Customization(PHP) and Integration(SOAP WS), REST API and Customization(Add-In), Report Scripts, Custom Process, Event-based notification.

    Integrations with SRM, OPA and other CRM such as Sales Cloud and also other third parties using ICS.

    Analytics design in CP using jQuery, d3.js, node.js and angular.js frameworks. Also enabled in Oracle Engagement Cloud and 

    Interested in Client Interactions. Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Requirement elucidation, Design document and Testing are my key skills.
