    Hi Matt Sevin,

Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge. In Control State Button Option, there is no Option to make a Reference Relationship Control Mandatory(As Drop Down) that collecting Instances loading from OSC on Entity Condition. In Documentation,it was mentioned that Reference Relation can be made as Mandatory. PFA Attached file where you can see where Reference relationship on Interview collecting Instances has only options Show or Read-Only in Control State Button.

Coming to  multi-value hierarchical lists, our requirement is dynamic load of Category,Sub-category,Description will be loaded as Instances to that Entity not as Value-Lists of that Metadata Connection. Dynamically Loaded Instances of Category,Sub-category,Description  should be shown as three drop-downs on OPA Interview. To Create Value lists,Values in drop-down on OPA Interview are not Static Values as Values in the drop-down are Dynamically loaded Instances of Entity. Is there any feasibility to go with OPA Functionality or need to go with Java Script?

For Example it's like Country,State,City are loaded as Instances of Entity based on Entity Condition from OSC. Now, Country,State,City Instances of that entity should be in a there different drop-downs where Cities are Filtered by State and States are Filtered by Country.

    Hi Matt Sevin,

I Can't see any Option to make Reference relationship control Mandatory in OPA Interview Tab. for now i created a reference relationship and able to pull loaded OSC Instances to Reference relationship  dropdown and can't able to make it mandatory. I do have one complex scenario, from OSC Object i am Loading Category,Sub-Category,Sub-category-Description as Instances based on Entity Condition. Now,Based on Category, the Dynamic load of Sub-category should happen and again based on Sub-Category the Dynamic Load of Sub-category-Description in Drop-down should happen. For Example,Based on Entity Condition Category instances are 1,2 & Sub-category Instances are A,B,C,D and Sub-category-Description Instances are a,b,c,d. Now for Category-1,it Loaded  Subcategory-A,B,C,D  and for every Subcategory-A,B,C,D it should be shown with Sub-category-Description - a,b,c,d as drop-down values.
Any Idea on this will be very helpful for me

Thanks a lot for your Valueble Information Matt Sevin. As of now we are loading Claim ID in URL Parameter attribute and updating all interview information to OSC  on Submit of Claim. we are going with CheckPoints, Logged in Contact and Claim ID to capture Multiple Incomplete Interviews for same Dealer.

    Hi Matt Sevin,

We do have 5 Interview screens and if i configure "SUBMIT" for every screen to Map Out filled data to OSC Objects and Update data to OSC Objects for every interview Screen, facing the below issue.

Data of that Interview Pages will become Non-Editable on Click of "SUBMIT" of every Screen. How User can edit data if he want to edit data of Previous Screens before doing Submit on Last Interview Screen. Please do Correct me if my Understanding was wrong

    Thanks,

    Vinay.

    Hi Matt Sevin,

Thanks a lot for your Valueble Information. As of now we are passing Claim ID(Unique) at start of Interview and will update the Claim Information at the end of Interview.we are deleting existing Check Point after Submit .

I do have few doubts as Check Points will Capture only Context(Snap Shot) of that Interview not Content then how to Capture Content of that Incomplete Interviews on OSC CP Page?

For Example, i am entering Vehicle Information like Vehicle No, Model, Engine, Frame No, Work Order, Claim Type in 1st screen. In 2nd Screen, i lost my Interview Screen and here the Snap Shot or Context of 1st interview is saved to Contact Check Point Object in OSC.

How can i show Incomplete Claim Interview Vehicle Information(Content) like Vehicle No, Model, Engine, Frame No, Work Order, Claim Type on a OSC CP Page ??  As user need to choose one record in Multiple Incomplete Claims in OSC CP page and Click of button he need to come to OPA Widget to finish the Incomplete Claim Process.

We are Mapping all Interview data to Claims Object after Submit(Last Interview Screen).Does the Claim ID(Unique) loading at the start of Interview store all Incomplete Interview Information(like Vehicle Information) as Mapped out entities or global data will go respective OSC Objects after Submit. Is there any Option in OPA to Map out data to OSC Objects on Click of "NEXT" of every Interview Screen instead of Submit in Last Interview Screen?

    Thanks,

    Vinay.

    Hi Jasmine,

Masked Input is for Fixed length of Characters or digits and Regular expressions won't work for Number type of Attribures. Regular expressions will work for throwing error Immediately or On Navigate if that Attribute is not satisfying condition of  Regular Expression. Here our requirement was User can enter minimum one Character and Maximum upto 6 Characters. On entering 7th Character,Input text should not take 7th Character.

    Thanks,

    Vinay.

    Hi Davin,

our requirement is not for fixed length of sequence of numbers and as user should not enter more than 6 characters.

$("label:contains('Zip Code:')").parent().siblings().children().prop('maxlength',6);    in Java script is working for Restricting the user for limited Characters and digits for OPA Input Fields.

    HI Davin,

Thanks a lot for your Information and Check Points will be saved only after Chosen Screens(On Click Of Next only Check Points will Capture the Context of that Screen). So,The checkpoint is unique to the Contact/Account + child object + policy model combination. A contact/agent can therefore have multiple checkpoints.

So is there any Option to Save Content(Data) of that interview to Check Points other than Click of  'NEXT'  button. Any Small Information on below points will be very helpful

    1. Logged in Contact will click a Link in OSC CP Page to create a Claim and redirected to OPA Interview page.
    2. How to Capture Multiple Incomplete OPA Claim Interviews on OSC CP  Page?
    3. On Click of a button in OSC CP Page, how it should redirect a logged in Contact to OPA  Incompleted Interview to fill all data and Submit the Claim??
    4. will Check Points Support 2 and 3 Points??
    5. We are having Claims as Custom Object and Contact Check Point Object in OSC and  to support Multiple Incomplete Claim Interviews for Same Contact, making Claims as Child to Contact Check Point will Work or Passing Claims ID(New & Unique) to OPA from OSC on Click of OSC Link will work?

    Hi Brad,

Thanks for your help Brad. we are aware of Checkpoints and imported both Contact and Agent Objects into OSC and enabled Checkpoints for every screen in OPA .we do have few doubts as below

    For Example,

    • i  entered data in 1st and 2nd screen(Entities and global data) and clicked a button to save data.
    • on click of that button, how data is getting restored to Contact or Agent Checkpoint Object as we not mapping out any data to that object?
    • Is it default that OPA data automatically get saved to that Checkpoint objects in OSC on click of that button?
    • If Network issue raises, can i get all that data back filled by me in interview screens on Refesh of that page?

    Thanks,

    Vinay.
