    Hi,

    Using the below code, I can only retrieve information on an incident relating to me. How would I receive it for an incident that does not belong to me?

    Sorted - did it via proper MVC.... so the controller gets the data from the model based on an attribute passed to the widget, which is then passed to the view

      You either have to associate to a Contact or Org, some kind of common entity that tags non-related and related incidents. This is how to do OOTB. If not we might need to look at customization to a larger extent for instance: Report widgets.
