    [Not Planned] Models / Altqs report in Intent Guide
    User Story / Description:

    In previous IG versions, there was a report containing all model and alternative questions from any database.

    Now, from 'Content Management > Q & A > Browse categories > Export questions info' it's only possible to export a list of the model questions.

    It will be available again?

      Hi Gerard,

      There is no plan currently to add this functionality.  Can you tell me more about why this would be useful functionality to have?

      Hi Mandy,

      All question information would have to be “exportable” (now we can’t export altqs and headline).

      • Altqs list would be useful for “clean” some databases from unnecessary / repetitive altqs
      • Headlines add extra info about question content. Now, we have to enter to every MQ to consult this information.

      • Re Altqs list - wouldn't it be better if we provided a means/tool of automatically cleaning up databases?
      • Re Headlines, again, what are you using this for?

      Hi,

      I'm updating this topic. We have a customer that currently has IG and wants to change to OKCS.

      The only data we can't export now from IG suite are the headlines.  Any other way to do it? Any idea?

      Hi Gerard,

      You could try logging an incident for Ops - I think it's only Ops who could access the headlines from the production database for you (ditto the Alt-qs)

      Let me know if that doesn't work or you have any roadblocks.

      Yes, I created an incident in Ops (https://ora-cloud-ops.custhelp.com/app/account/questions/detail/i_id/52393). Later, they point me to create a SR to Professional Services (160803-000029), but I haven't received any answer yet.
