    Title:
Data Lifecycle Policies component not visible in AgentBrowser UI & Console
    Content:

    Hi,

I am trying to enable "Data LifeCycle Management" component. I followed below steps

    • Add the Data Lifecycle Policies component to the navigation set. The component is found in Components > Common.

    • Select the Bulk Delete check box in the Administration permissions.

I couldn't see the component in both Console & Agent Browser UI. Is there anything I am missing ?

Appreciate any suggestions to fix this.

    Thanks,

    Venkat

Try clearing your cache to see if it makes a difference
Remember that it can only be accessed from and is only visible in BUI so maybe you also need to clear your brower cache

If you still can't see it, make sure you assigned the navset to the correct profile (check the profile to see which navset is used) and that your account is attached to this profile. I just did a test and it is visible for me without having to clear the cache. It is not visible in the desktop navset, BUI only.

      Hi Sebastiaan,

I was able to find the component and added it to the navigation set under configuration folder. I couldn't see the component in console or Agent Browser UI once I have saved the navigation set and assigned it to profile. I have logged-in with the same profile but I could not see in the Console/Browser UI.

PFA screenshot. The component is not visible in the browser UI.

      Thanks.
