    Ability to 'lock' a contact's login and password
    User Story / Description:

    We would like to have the ability to lock a contact's login and password so that they cannot be changed.

      You can achieve this by making the login field read-only when editing existing contact records via Workspace Rules.

      You can also modify the Customer Portal pages so that the user cannot change aspects of their account such as their password.

       

      Question though, who sets the initial password? And, how does a password that never changes sit with your security policy?
