    Yes, you can.

    Look in the SOAP documentation for RunAnalyticsReport 
    (http://documentation.custhelp.com/euf/assets/devdocs/may2017/Connect_Web_Services_for_SOAP/Content/Web%20Service%20API/Operations/RunAnalyticsReport.htm)
    and in REST documentation for analyticsReportResults
    (http://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/servicecs_gs/CXSVC/op-services-rest-connect-v1.4-analyticsReportResults-post.html#examples)
    You can use any report ID; it also works for custom report IDs.
