    Configure settings for default view of the mobile app

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to figure... is it possible to get rid of the "My Day" (Mein Tag) View and instead show the Navigation Set that I've set up (only with incidents and contacts).

    And would it be possible to see "Open Incidents" instead of "My Inbox" per default?

    I haven't found a way to access settings for these options and wonder if it's possible at all. Please let me know.

      Hi Erica,

      Thank you for looking into this matter. The iOS App is called "Oracle HCM Cloud" - but this is the ServiceCloud App - not Fusion - and hence I thought I'd be in the right place for my question. Are you sure that the link you posted is leading to the right spot?
