Hello,
the customer sent us a file via chat. The customer does not see whether the file has arrived at us. After clicking on Send the chat field simply remains empty (see attached file agent_chat.png).
Is there a possibility that the customer gets a feedback that his sent file has arrived?

Hi Daniel, The reason I ask about version is because the end user should see a "File attachment upload has started" message, as well as a "received message" in the transcript once the upload has completed successfully. Attached is a screen shot for two file transfers I just tested with. If you're not seeing the same results, I'd suggest submitting a ticket to the Support team. --Jessica
