    BUI is not updating properly

    Hi 

    When I am updating changes for BUI Workspace in Agent Desktop, and relogin to BUI, I couldn't see the changes there.

    Tried doing clear cache multiple times, still the issue persists

    Please help in this regard

      We have noticed the same thing, the caching is more persistent in BUI and it seems to depend on the type of change.  Sometimes a logoff and logon works.  I find myself doing that more in BUI.  It eventually seems to clear so I don't have a good suggestion for you.

      Yes I agree. I have done this log out and login for many times. Still couldn't get the changes updated. 

      this is happening for the BUI Extensions that we have embedded in the workspace. 

      Even after we remove it, it is showing the same script getting loaded.

      Please submit a service request with Oracle Service Cloud Technical Support. This is caused by a caching issue on the server.
