    Title:
    Restyle the Cobrowse button UI.
    Content:

    Hi,

I need to restyle the Cobrowse button UI from standard/utils/CoBrowsePremium. I've searched but I could not find a solution for this in the documentation. The only solution I found is changing the cobrowse UI with Css.

Is there another solution besides this?

    Version:
    Framework 3.7

That would be the Co-Browse admin console.

    From the documentation:

Steps 1. Go to mylivelook.com. 2. Enter your login and password

      Hello,

I assume you are talking about the ChatCobrowseButton widget. To make minor styling changes such as color, size, font etc, you would edit the widget CSS by going in the assets/themes/<theme>/widgetCss/ChatCoBrowseButton.css file. To make any major UI changes you'd have to customize the widget and update the view.

      Hi,

I need to make a major change to the UI.

But I need to restyle the utils/CobrowsePremium widget that does not have a view. It's view it is injected in the page by a script.

      Hi,

I found this documentation link https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/november2016/servicecs_gs/FASCG/FASCG.pdf but I have no idea from where to access this area.

Or Standalone Cobrowse Configuration Administration Guide it is referring to different thing than the Cobrowse widget.

Adding to Anuj's answer, you will need a Configuration Administrator account on mylivelook.com to configure the design and behavior of the Co-browse widget. If you submit an SR, Support can tell you who is the Configuration Administrator at your company or can help get the right person set up with those privileges.
