    Title:
change the wording in chat window
    Content:

    Hello,

is there an opportunity to implement the following:
Customer does not clearly see the agent typing. If the agent does not type, the "Listen" is next to the agent's name.
If the agent type, this changes to "Reply".
This is not clearly identifiable for the customer. Optimal would be something like "Felix answers ..."

I looking forward to get some ideas for that issue. The attached screenshot is from an german environment;)

    Regards

    Daniel

    Daniel -

You're referring to the ChatAgentStatus widget which includes editable labels for both scenarios you mention (label_status_listening, label_status_responding).

      Hello Ryan,

      thank you for your feedback.

If I change the message base "LABEL_DISP_AGT_STATUS_RESPON" for example to "Daniel answers" and save my change, nothing happen within the chat.
It still appears the word "Antworten", see screenshot.

      What do I do wrong?

      Regards,
      Daniel

      Tobias -

Try the widget labels I referenced in my previous comment rather than the message base entry.  I'd guess the latter applies to CP 2.0 page sets.
