Is there any documents for mobile agent app features (i.e) what are the functionalities can access through it (ex. Cobrowse, chat etc.,)

Let me provide an update on mobile agent desktop strategy.
The Mobile Agent App for TAP (it was only good on iOS and never supported on android) - is still available although recently has been rebranded and can be found under Oracle HCM Cloud name (the same functionality exists). As Derrick mentions, it is very limited and not flexible. We are just starting the deprecation process for this solution and do not recommend rolling it at this point.
The strategy moving forward for a mobile agent desktop is two-fold:
1st - For those that are connected and using tablets, we recommend our Agent Browser UI. It is not an app BUT it is supported for tablets (both iOS and Android) and gives majority of the agent facing capabilities and analytics. Eventually we plan for the Agent Browser UI to be supported for phones and we keep adding more responsible design in, but it will probably be at least a year before it is officially supported for phones.
2nd - For those that are looking for more of a flexible native app experience, we recommend looking into our Mobile Accelerators for Oracle Service Cloud. The Mobile Accelerator provides the core features needed to create mobile solutions that incorporate Oracle Service Cloud incident, contact, and organization management capabilities into cross-platform applications.

Hi Muthulakshmi, as of now the Mobile Agent App for Andriod and iOS is still in its nascent stage ,hence, You can only view Contacts, Incidents, Organizations ,Assets and Answers with very limited access to reports and no access to Analytics.
The theme for the App follows the Alta Theme that came with the August update, so its fluidic and easy to use with color-pop graphs and a Navigation Panel that slides into the side.
In response to your question,Co-browse and Chat are not supported yet.
