    Hi Vijaya,

If this doesn't resolve your issue, then check styling in your html/css page. Remove any unwanted CSS and scripts.

    Thanks,
    Geetha

      Hi Vijaya,

A few things you could try.

      • Instead of manually defining the size, click Size on the Design tab and select Enable Auto Sizing to enable auto sizing.
      • Take a look at setting the size using ExtensionResizeHandler and ExtensionSizeProvider objects.

      hi Anuj,

      Thanks for the quick response.

extensionResizeHandler is this we should call within the extension_loader like below

      ORACLE_SERVICE_CLOUD.extensionResizeHandler.resize(60,27);

      Thanks,

      Hi Vijaya,

      Did it work?

      HI Anuj,

      No.. Its not working.

When I gave extensionResizeHandler , scroll bars are coming.

Is any other solution for this??

      Thanks,

      vijaya

Did you try passing both with parameters and without parameters to resize() function?

Did you also try ExtensionSizeProvider object?

Can you also try setting the width/height of your content with CSS?

      Hi Vijaya,

Make sure Control is not inside a Panel, and you can control the height of the add-in control from the design tab itself.

Like Anuj mentioned, click Size on Design Tab, you can select Enable Auto-Sizing or manually enter height and width.
Just check that the control is not inside a Panel or table column which has row spans or column spans associated with it.

      Hope this helps.

      Thanks,
      Geetha

      Hi Vijaya,

I have tried your code. And I'm able to control the height and width of the BUI Add-in from the Design tab itself.

      PFA the screenshot.

      Thanks,
      Geetha
