      Hi Tony,

I don't understand well what you are saying.

You say it is not working when "created". Something can be created only one time! So what do you mean with "Now when i login and create an opportunity the CPM is not working for the first opportunity that is created, i checked the audit log there is no log details on description about custom process for the rest it is getting triggered and working fine"? What do you mean with "the rest"?

Please give a descent description what you mean. Did you set a handle for a create on an opportunity, do you use a rule for it? What kind of code did you write?  Etc. There is not much to go on and help you from your explanation.

      Thanks!

There's not much reason why a CPM would not fire the first time.

Post you code and a clear description of when and how your calling this code and creating the opportunities

      Hi Barrilito, Dietrik,

I created a CPM which integrates opportunity created in service cloud with sales cloud which is working fine, But the only problem i have is what I am trying to tell here, when i log in as an agent and try to create an opportunity from the opportunity workspace the first opportunity i create from the system is not triggering the CPM i am telling this because i cant see a log in audit log on Edited From Custom Process(Async) , the other opportunity i create after that are calling the web service a doing its function since i can see the log in audit log with Edited From Custom Process(Async)

if is running async you need to wait a while. That's why it's called async.
