    When in the chat workspace and editing incident fields, save the incident on every field change
    User Story / Description:

    The incident workspace already has the ability to be setup to "save" on every field change.  However, when we edit incident fields that are placed on the chat workspace, there's no way to have it "save" with every change.

     

    This results in issues if the representative handling the chat doesn't properly close down the chat window (which happens sometimes). All their updates to the incident are lost since it only saves the incident field updates when "terminate chat" is clicked.
