    Change Banner Flag level with Workspace Rule

    I am building out a BUI workspace and I wanted to set a workspace rule so that if the agent changes the queue to a particular value, the rule would change the value of the banner flag automatically.  Is that possible?  I can see the Flag in the list of items to change the value on but it's greyed out and cannot be selected.  I have the flag area displaying in the workspace so that's not the problem.  I just can't seem to set the value of a flag with a workspace rule like you can with an incident rule.

      No, this can not be done with a workspace rule.
      You could however do it with a business rule.

      An alternative is to use a custom field instead of the flag. (I personally never had any use for the flag)
