    Hi guys

    Currently, CPQ automatically sends an email to any user, at the same time that CPQ mail is sent, it is necessary to activate an integration that communicates with RightNow and creates an incident automatically.

    This may be possible, or am I being very demanding?

      You can certainly use the REST or SOAP API to create incidents at any point in your process that you want. The implementation of that is probably dependent on CPQ, if CPQ supports this or not.

      Hello Apolinar,

      This could be done building the integration with Rightnow in header in Soap or Rest in a function in BML. In the time the action "Email" is triggered by CPQ, calls the function that was created, and creates the incident in Rightnow, via API.

      There is also, in CPQ, the standard function urldatabypost ("endPoint", "parameter", "returnedValue"), where "returnedValue" is the value returned by the function, if error occurs.

      If neither of these options work, you can send an email to the Rightnow Mailbox, and the incident will be created.
