    Hello,

    We've noticed some transactional surveys being completed up to a year after the incident was closed. Is there any way to limit this? Sort of like expiry but contact-based!

    Are you using an absolute or relative survey expiration?

    I have a relative survey expiration set for 7 days after the invitation is sent for my transactional surveys.
