    Who Deleted a Staff Account?

    Hello,

    One of my regular users appears to have had his staff account deleted sometime in the last 24 hours.  Is there a way I can determine who did this?  I created a custom report following this Knowledge Base answer https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2460/kw/who%20deleted%20account but got no result pertaining to staff accounts.

    Hi Nathan,

    Your issue looks strange. It is working absolutely fine for me. Please make sure yu have added correct filter.

    deleted_recs.tbl = Accounts.

    If it does not work, set it 'All' then check.

    I guess there are two options for 'Account'. You need to opt second one.

      Thank you, Dev.  I created the report again with a Table filter and now I see the deletion.
