    I wasn't sure where to post this, but consider this an official grievance. In my experience, tech support SRs are useless unless you have a complete system failure. Every time I have submitted an SR with a simple request, I receive a response that is just links to KB articles or suggestions that I consult Oracle Consulting.

    Example: I submitted an SR this morning to enable test site email address. Support has done this several times in the past. Today, I get a response with a bunch of KB links. Extremely frustrating.

    The ironic part about this is that every KB article says "Still have questions? Submit a Service Request" - I'm waiting for the time that they send back the same article that I initiated the SR from....

      I'm sorry to hear about your frustration Brian. It could be ouside of their scope as support is a break fix support only.
      Would you be able to describe your problem for us? There are many experts on the forum willing to help you :-)

      Edit: I just see the age of this topic so I realize your question might have been answered by now.
