I get notification that application error has occurred but how can I see the detail about the application errors?

It's Application error and in error log stating no log file found. Do I need to configure log file before using it.
You are talking about the OSC console, correct?
Perhaps share a screenshot of the error in the full context of your screen and tell us when it occurs.
Not all errors show up in the log, but it should be the first place to look.
