    Merged report size in incident workspace

    Hi everyone,

    We are working on showing the number of agent responses inside our incident workspace. This will be used by our agents as an indicator/flag for incidents that have multiple back & forth iterations and may require special treatment.

    I've created a report that does this and seems to be displaying the data we needed. When inserting it as a merged report in the incident workspace however, it takes up more space than necessary to display the data. I've tried setting the height manually for the merged report control but it doesn't appear to be possible ("Size" menu is grayed out in the editor).

    Does anyone have suggestions on how to overcome this problem? We would like to avoid the additional height that is used up by the merged report.

    I have attached the report definition and a screenshot of the incident editor + actual incident view for reference.

    I'm not sure if this can be changed. The report object in the workspace has to my knowledge a minimum height.
    An alternative would be a custom field (integer) that you increase with a business rule each time a reply has been sent.
    This custom field you could then have on your workspace and in reports.

      Hey Sebastiaan,

      It's a bit of a shame that there is a fixed minimum height for the reports, thanks for the clarification either way. We will be looking into the custom field/business rules option.
