    Facing error while trying to create activity through API 



     "status": "409",
        "detail": "Cannot modify deactivated route"


    Any idea how to resolve this issue? Do we need to do any configuration?

      OFS will not allow to create an activity on a technicians route which has been deactivated for the day. You are receiving the error because you are trying to create a new activity on a route that is not active.

      Thanks for your prompt reply. But , once the FE re-activate the route, we shouldn't get the error right? Or for the day once the FE deactivate the route , for the whole day he will be in deactivate status?

      Reactivating the route will allow you to add activities to the technician's route.
