    Nearby Non-Scheduled Activities not showing in Mobile app

    Our techs using the nearby activities functionality in mobile app are not seeing any non-scheduled activities that are unassigned and are within distance specified. I have verified self assignment is checked and was wondering if anyone else have experienced this behavior?

      If the Self-Assignment in the User info is selected, by design it should allow the Tech to locate the unassigned non-scheduled activities. It could be potentially a defect?

      Just wondering if the Techs have been assigned directly to a bucket instead of groups?

      Yes the tech is assigned to a bucket and may have to submit a ticket.

      Hi Todd,

      Also check if the work skills and work zones are matching. Only the activities that have matching work zones and work skills with the tech will be shown.

      Under User Types please check if the following is checked for the Tech: "Allow activity move from non-scheduled pool to scheduled one". This needs to be checked to allow Nearby Activities be seen.
