    Title:
"Auto-login" (save login credentials) in OFSC Mobile Android App
    User Story / Description:

    Hello,

Could you create an option to save login credentials in OFSC Mobile Android App ? (Hold the login session to it does not expire - like other common native applications where you can create an account(Google, Facebook, Office...).

We have a feedback that nobody use the OFSC native Android Mobile App because this app do not remember the login credentials(Unlike the browser that automatically completes the login credentials).

We have the authentication already solved at the mobile device level.

    Thank you for answer.

    Best Regards,

    Zdenek

    Title:
    24/7 Operation Functionality
    User Story / Description:

    Hello,

Our business model that uses OFS is based on a 24/7 operation.  However, the functionality of OFS is limited to only working with 1 maybe 2 shifts.  We work with 3 shifts and at 11 pm our day changed to the next day, but we still need time to allow for 2nd shift personnel to work activities.

We'd like to see OFS have a built in capability inside of the business rules to select:

    • What time our work day ends, rather then being hard coded to midnight
    • Still allow us to select how many hours from our "midnight" time selection could still be open for modifications.  IE; if we select 11 pm as our change over time, but select 7 hours, activities until 6 am the follow day can be modified, moved, ect.
    • More built in capabilities for 3rd shift operations as well, being able to move between days easier, and have more visibility of activities

The current limitations are forcing us to implement workarounds, rather than have a fluid product.

    Title:
Ability to Add Specific Monthly Recurrence Patterns for an Activity
    User Story / Description:

The current functionality for 'Add Activity' supports the ability to create recurrences on a weekly basis, with a set number of weeks between the recurring activities for a specific day of the week.

As a user, it would be helpful if additional functionality could be built when a user selects 'Add Activity' to where they could specify how that activity should reoccur on a monthly basis.  For example, add an activity that should occur on the 1st Monday of every month, the 3rd Wednesday of every month, the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, etc.  It is laborious for users to have to go out and hunt on the calendar to set up activities one by one to establish the pattern that they seek.  It is very manual.

    Title:
Ability to change all activities, what ever their scheduled date, at once
    User Story / Description:

OFS has brilliant functionality to return any activity scheduled or unscheduled based on Activity number etc using the search box at the top right of the main screen. A great addition would be the ability to edit those returned activities in bulk.

I'm aware that a combination of the List view and filters can be used to return activities that can then be edited in bulk but that is only if the activities appear in a single time period selected (1 day, 2days, 3days, week) from the calendar.

A combination of the two would be useful where the general search results, without time restriction can be selected for bulk editing. Not a major suggestion but from our perspective a handy one to have available.

    Title:
Ability to select a future date to view in Time view without having to Scroll in Mobility View
    User Story / Description:

As a business, we should work up to 28 days in advance. When our mobile based users (ie. Operational Managers) want to view future assigned activities, they have to swipe on the screen for a considerable amount of time in order to view several days/weeks ahead.

Would it be possible to enhance the mobility view to be able to select a date to view, much in the same way that you can with the desktop/manage view.

    Kind Regards

    Chris

Ability to select and view multiple providers' route in one map view
    User Story / Description:

As a dispatcher, I need the ability to see the geographical locations of the jobs for multiple resources in one single map.  In this way, I can better determine the right course of exception handling actions and move jobs between resources.

Similarly, I need the ability to see the geographical location of the unassigned jobs with a specific appraiser's route or his current location.  This is similar to the NEARBY ACTIVITIES for the appraiser under the mobility application.  But I would like similar functionality for dispatchers under the MANAGE application

Ability to set VIEW filter defaults
    User Story / Description:

    Per ticket [Service Request: 170329-000053].

Currently it is not possible to set the default VIEW filter options by User Role and or individual users preferences.  Ideally this feature should be available as without it users are required to continually adjust their filters selections.

As a mobility field user, I should be able to upload more than one picture when answering a question that requires photos as part of the answer.

Access Environment Version and other meta data via API23

    Title:
Access Environment Version and other meta data via API
    User Story / Description:

As an Administrator, I want to manage and monitor my OFSC environments using automation; including version, module, usage/purpose and other meta data about the environment.

We have processes and monitoring pages set up to collect data on various applications to report things like version numbers, purpose etc, and assist with troubleshooting and identifying which environments might be impacted by an issue.

Whilst we have set up custom properties to allow us to monitor what we need, this still relies upon manual processes to check when environment version numbers have been changed, and then manually update the custom fields when we notice the changes.

It would be better to have the version number and other meta data updated automatically when an upgrades or updates are applied to the system.
