Hi all,
We think the Daily View can be greatly enhanced if the cursor position (or when clicking on his name) will highlight the complete line for the specific technician. If the shift names are long, then a full week cannot fit in one screen and technician names will be hidden when scrolling right.
Thanks,
Hi all,
I propose to implement multi-level activity duration estimations. When a specific resource never did a specific activity before, then his estimation comes from his parental group or bucket, if there isn't any useable data, then get it from an upper level and so on. Final result is the duration estimations goes closer to the reality regarding to the group / area.
Thanks,
As a work force planner, I need to be able to extract the complete field force calendar information so that i can easily complete an audit of the calendar information against roster records using our intern BI tool.
Originaly this was suggested to be a part of the History API but this is not supported as per the SDK document.
RPT (Resource Planning Tool - Internal) & MHST (Maximum Hours Suggestion Tool – Subcontractor)
The goal would be to integrate daily internal technician staffing recommendations (RPT) and subcontractor technician hours recommendations (MHST) into ETAdirect’s “Work Calendars” view.
Example of how we envision the MHST to integrate into the Subcontractor Work Calendars view:

Example of how we envision the RPT to integrate into the Internal Work Calendars view:

Description of RPT:
The Resource Planning Tool (RPT) provides field management with an in-depth analysis regarding how many resources should be scheduled by day of week to cover the expected volume and CIQ. The goal is to enhance the customer experience through improved booking profiles, reduced CIQ and decreased days booked out thus improving completion rate, CSAT scoring and PPH. The Resource Planning Tool (RPT) affords the ability to proactively manage scheduling and resource alignment. Schedule adherence remains important and all changes should still be made outside of the 48-hour window to ensure any customers already scheduled are not impacted and techs are fully utilized.
