    In the Sky TV OFSC implementation, we aim to trigger a message to a field engineers manager instructing that an activity’s duration has been extended or an activity has been closed as not done. It is currently possible to send this message via email (as we will hold the field manager email address within a property). However, ideally we would like to trigger a collaboration message but Recipient is restricted to Resource or Static Address, a team manager would be dependent on the Resource, but not the resource themselves. Can we find a way to associate a user with the resource without it actually being the resource?

    As a dispatcher (or a technician) I often work on the Map view. When I move the focus with the mouse with drag (or zooming), the different layers reaction times are different (I mean default map layer and activity letters + driving direction layer) which is hurt my general feeling about the product. The system can treat all information as a different layer (map, activities, WZ), but I need a combined one to give a smother experience.

    As an OFSC user I have many main menu elements, when I use Classic theme then items are grouped together as it's defined within UT, but if I choose Vanilla then all items are listed within the hamburger menu and I need to search for the required item in a long list. I believe the group functionality can give a clear and easier overview here. I also have issue related to the sorting: if I sort the menu elements with English names, then the order will be illogical with an other language or I need to make a new UT just to avoid this.

    When a group for collaboration is created in line with an individuals profile / existence within a bucket. If the individual moves team or bucket can they simultaneously move into the new collaboration group. This is to prevent communication / broadcast channels being lost when an individual moves.

    As a field capacity manager, when I lock a specific quota column with "Locked" option, then I like to keep the current value as it's now (null or exact minutes). I have no other way to deny quota editing for this day/calendar/time slot, but Mass Populate is overwrite this without any warning (maybe Recurring Autofill also, but we aren't use that).
    There isn't clearly stated in the documentation how "Locked" option must be used and which area are impacted.

    Urgent routing should provide an option of whether to pull tasks from Non-scheduled
    User Story / Description:

    We recently started using Urgent Routing and have found that it pulls tasks from the Non-scheduled pool of tasks. Our technicians refer tasks to Non-scheduled for multiple reasons, often because the task needs to be dispatched to another type of tech. Automatically re-routing the task to the same type of tech provides no benefit to us, and actually can cause us to miss the task since we don't get the chance to review it before it's routed to the wrong tech. We need the chance to change the skill and/or manually route the task to the proper tech.

    We're proposing that pulling tasks from non-scheduled should be an option to be decided by the company using the feature.

    Please reference ticket 180824-000087: Urgent Routing pulled task fron Non-Scheduled for more information regarding our situation.

    Ability to select a future date to view in Time view without having to Scroll in Mobility View
    User Story / Description:

    As a business, we should work up to 28 days in advance. When our mobile based users (ie. Operational Managers) want to view future assigned activities, they have to swipe on the screen for a considerable amount of time in order to view several days/weeks ahead.

    Would it be possible to enhance the mobility view to be able to select a date to view, much in the same way that you can with the desktop/manage view.

    Hello,

    Could you create an option to save login credentials in OFSC Mobile Android App ? (Hold the login session to it does not expire - like other common native applications where you can create an account(Google, Facebook, Office...).

    We have a feedback that nobody use the OFSC native Android Mobile App because this app do not remember the login credentials(Unlike the browser that automatically completes the login credentials).

    We have the authentication already solved at the mobile device level.

    When using Android APP we can´t upload images already stored  on android gallery, we always is need to take a new picture at the moment! An update for permitting uploads from gallery would be nice and optimize everyone's time and process.

    Using OFSC Manage we have the ability to set Favorites but this can only be used to set Engineers or Technicians as Favorites it would be useful to have favorites on all levels for example "Area Bucket" can be set as a favorite allowing the user to view all the Technicians under one Favorites making the user experience more fluid and beneficial.  Currently when the area is added as a Favorite it will not show the Technicians in the provider tree they can be seen in time view by selecting 'All Technicians;'
